Are innisfree products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, many of our products are formulated with mild, natural ingredients from Jeju Island. We recommend checking individual product pages for dermatologically tested labels.
Does innisfree test on animals?
innisfree does not conduct animal testing on its products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf, except where required by law.
How can I check the expiration date of my product?
The expiration date is typically printed on the bottom of the container or the crimp of the tube in YYYY/MM/DD format.
Are your masks biodegradable?
Most of our sheet masks are made from 100% biodegradable cellulose fibers derived from nature.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
Only one promotional code can be applied per transaction. Rewards points, however, can often be used in conjunction with specific offers.
Is the packaging recyclable?
We are committed to eco-friendly practices. Many of our bottles are made from recycled plastic and our paper packaging is FSC-certified.
